   
Dr. Peterson brings to SOC 17 years of experience as the CEO of five companies in service industries, both private and public, domestic and international, including companies in the call center, scientific and medical staffing, hospital services, claims administration and specialty marketing businesses. From 1987 to 1997, Dr. Peterson practiced as a board-certified emergency physician in the emergency department of The George Washington University Hospital in Washington D.C., where he was an Associate Clinical Professor of Emergency Medicine and a Fellow of the American Board of Emergency Medicine. He received his BA and MD degrees from the University of Michigan, and did his specialty training in emergency Medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center.

Karen Deli brings over 20 years of experience managing customer service operations, training, marketing and business development programs, and business process improvement initiatives for companies including On Assignment (ASGN) and Convergys (CVG), with specific experience in emergency medical service delivery, telemedicine, medical education, and quality improvement in both academia and public safety. Karen received her Bachelors degree from the University of Virginia and her paramedic training from The George Washington University Medical Center.

Dr. McDonald is a board-certified neurologist with special training in neurological emergencies, and an international expert in stroke and critical neurology care, who founded SOC in 2005. Colin brings to SOC experience as an attending physician for the Massachusetts General Hospital Stroke / Neuro ICU Service, and as Director of the Stroke Program at the South Shore Hospital in Weymouth, Massachusetts. Dr. McDonald is a graduate of the MGH / Harvard Medical School Adult Neurology program where he served as Chief Resident, following his MD from the Washington University School of Medicine. Colin received his AB in Biology from Washington University in St. Louis and pursued graduate studies in neurobiology at the California Institute of Technology.
